Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to https://zythorinoz.world (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Zythorinoz.world (“we,” “us,” “our”) in connection with the Solara dietary supplement brand. By accessing the Site, creating an inquiry, or placing an order through linked checkout flows, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit orders. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase products. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will update it if it changes. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably believe there is fraud, mistake, or violation of these Terms.
Products and regulatory framing
Solara products are offered as dietary supplements where permitted. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
Canada: Natural Health Products (NHPs) sold in Canada must meet Health Canada requirements. Any Natural Product Number (NPN), authorized health claims, warnings, and directions appear on the physical product label and prevail over website copy. Website statements have not been reviewed by Health Canada unless reproduced from an authorized label.
United States: Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration unless stated on the product label in compliance with U.S. rules.
Individual variation. Experiences differ based on diet, sleep, stress, activity, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, response times, or business metrics shown on marketing materials.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice, except where a fixed price was confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions that appear erroneous or abusive. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors under their terms; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers in ordinary course.
Shipping and title
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title pass according to the carrier terms selected at checkout unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for temporary caching and personal non-commercial viewing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no interference with security or servers, no scraping that violates these Terms, no introduction of malware, no impersonation, and no harvesting of personal data of other users. We may suspend access for suspected violations.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or products.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zythorinoz.world and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to non-waivable rights you may have in your country of residence, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Toronto, Ontario, for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site with a new last updated date. Material changes may be communicated where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted.
