This Refund Policy describes how Zythorinoz.world handles returns, refunds, and replacements for Solara dietary supplement products purchased through authorized sales channels linked from https://zythorinoz.ddd. It works alongside our Terms of Service and does not replace mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Satisfaction and change-of-mind window

If you are not satisfied with a qualifying purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law. Products should be substantially unused, in resalable condition where safety allows, and returned with proof of purchase. Opened consumable products may be excluded except where defective or where mandatory withdrawal rights apply in your region.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

Inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described on the order confirmation, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the outer carton, inner packaging, and affected units. Where we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs we authorize in advance. Do not discard packaging until you have documented the condition if asked.

Non-returnable situations

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, unless they are faulty or covered by a statutory guarantee. Digital goods, services fully performed, or custom-made items may also be excluded as disclosed at purchase. Subscription cancellations follow the terms shown in your subscription checkout flow if applicable.

How to start a return or refund request

  1. Email talk@zythorinoz.world with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Wait for written authorization before shipping items back, unless we instruct otherwise for low-value cases.
  3. Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit and use a trackable service when we provide a label or recommend one.
  4. Retain tracking information until your refund or exchange is completed.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method when possible. Processing typically begins within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect eligible returns at our facility or confirm entitlement without a physical return. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post credits to your account.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns that we approve, you may be responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires us to bear the cost. For verified damaged or incorrect shipments, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage as agreed in writing.

Exchanges

Where stock allows, we may offer an exchange for the same SKU or a comparable product of equal value. Price differences and shipping may apply. If an exchange is not feasible, we will process a refund according to this Policy.

Gifts

If you received a product as a gift, the original purchaser may need to initiate the return, or we may issue a store credit or refund to the original payment method depending on verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a payment dispute with your bank, we may pause return processing until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Statutory and regional rights

Nothing in this Policy limits legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country or province, including rights related to faulty goods, misleading representations, or unfair contract terms. If there is a conflict between this Policy and mandatory law, the law prevails.
